BORJA PEÑA GOROSTEGUI
Borja has been a Director at Psyop since 2012, having had a hand in everything from lead compositing, stop motion, live action, 2D and 3D design and animation; including extensive experience directing. He has worked on many noteworthy projects for brands including Lays, Chobani, Adidas, AT&T, Michelin, Fanta and the award-winning “Happiness Factory” for Coke. Borja also directed the Mountain Dew Portraits series which garnered honors from the ADDYs, New York Festivals International Advertising Awards and the FWAs. Additionally, Borja has completed work for Telekom, HBO’s revamped announcement of Sesame Street, and also directed a Red Bull campaign for Passion Pictures. Most recently, he has directed the latest Clash Royale campaign, garnering over 250 million views on YouTube alone. Before working at Psyop, Borja directed at Kirt Gunn & Associates (a branch of Radical Media); designed and lead compositor at Gretel; designed at Convert (a branch of the Ebeling Group); and has directed numerous fashion videos and short films. Borja Graduated in 2005 from Savannah College of Art and Design with a degree in 3D Animation.
